Study of People-centered Organizations for Parenting Support

本研究旨在分析1998年日本《特定非营利活动促进法》颁布后，以人为中心的育儿支持组织活动的成果与展望。结果表明，他们倾向于灵活地满足家长的需求，并提供广泛的高质量服务。它还表明，领导者的高度动机支持了这种活动。同时，也暴露出一些行政管理方面的问题。

The purpose of this study is to analysis outcome and outlook of activities of people-centered organizations for parenting support after the "Law to Promote Specified Nonprofit Activities" was established in Japan in 1998. The results showed that they tended to meet the needs of parents flexibly and to provide a wide range of high quality services. It also indicated that high motivations of leaders sustained that kind of activities. At the same time, some problems about administration were founded.
