Development of psycho-education program about improving social support of university students

本研究编制了改善大学生社会支持的心理教育方案，并进行了效果评价。该计划包括获得与有效地从他人那里获得社会支持相关的技能，以及获得与积极地向他人提供社会支持相关的技能。虽然社会支持接受度并没有因为项目的实施而大幅提高，但与改善社会支持和心理健康相关的知识、技能和行为都得到了改善。

In this study, a psycho-education program about improving social support of university students was created, and performed effect evaluation. The program consisted of acquisition of the skills associated with acquiring social support from the others effectively, and acquisition of the skills associated with providing social support to the others positively. Although the social support acceptance was not able to be sharply raised as a result of the program implementation, the knowledge, skills and behavior associated with improving social support and mental health were improved.
