Research on part-time high school education and support to young people with the risk of social exclusion

本研究发现：(1)晚间从非全日制高中毕业升入高等学校的青少年也存在适应新学校生活的困难。(2)高中的课外活动支持了处于不稳定过渡时期的青少年的社会生活。(3)非全日制高中的教职员工队伍的建设是建立一所支持面临社会排斥风险的青少年的学校所必需的。(4)非全日制高中一直是支持处于社会排斥风险的青少年的需要明确了存在社会排斥风险的青少年完成教育制度的具体管理实际情况。

This research revealed the following.(1) There are also the young people who experience difficulty to adaptation to new school life among those who went on to the institution of higher education when they graduated from the part-time high school at night.(2) The extracurricular activities of the high school support the social life of the young people in the unstable transition.(3) Coworker construction of the school staff of a part-time high school is needed for the production of a school for supporting the young people who hold the risk of social exclusion.(4) The part-time high school has been the subject that cooperation with the organization which supports the youth is pressing.(5) The detailed management actual condition of the Finish educational system for young people with the risk of social exclusion was clarified.
