A practical study of community for art classes development to cooperate with elementary school and junior high school and university.

目前小学和初中都很忙，教职员工很难抽出时间备课和研究教材。在对教师培训进行审查的同时，大学在教师发展和在职教师培训方面的作用受到质疑。虽然大学与小学/初中之间的合作到目前为止已经存在，但未来有必要考虑具体的合作方式，如大学与小学/初中之间的互补关系。大学生(本科生和研究生)将代表在职教师，通过准备/编写课程材料等方式协助课堂工作，使他们有机会实际了解适合儿童情况的指导，并向在职教师的丰富经验学习。通过这种做法，我们将探索一条教师发展和在职教师培训互动进行的教师培训新路子。

Elementary schools and junior high schools are very busy at present and it is difficult for teaching staff to make time for lesson preparation and to research course materials. Amidst a review of teacher training, the role of universities in teacher development and in-service teacher training is being questioned. Although there has been co-operation between universities and elementary/junior high schools until now, it is necessary to think of concrete ways of co-operation such as a mutually complementary relationship between universities and elementary/junior high schools in the future.This study aims to build a co-operative class community. University students (undergraduate and graduate students) will assist in class work by carrying out the preparation/creation of course materials, etc, on behalf of in-service teachers which will give them an opportunity to learn practically about guidance suited to the situation of the children and to learn from the wealth of experience of the in-service teachers.Through this practice, we will explore a new way of teacher training where teacher development and in-service teacher training is carried out interactively.
