Research on the establishment and enrichment of municipal cooperative support systems for special needs education.

本研究的目的是评估市级合作支持系统在学前班和小学入学后特殊需要教育方面的条件和问题。本研究通过向北海道十胜地区的托儿所、幼儿园和小学发放调查问卷，并采访公共卫生护士和市教育委员会来进行。研究结果表明，各职业之间对残疾儿童及其家长的观点和/或要求存在质的差异，而且各职业之间的“面对面”关系仍然是一个问题。

The purpose of this research was to assess the conditions and issues of municipal cooperative support systems with regards to special needs education in preschool and after entrance to elementary school. This research was conducted by sending questionnaires to nursery schools, kindergartens and elementary schools, and by interviewing the public health nurses and municipal Boards of Education in the Tokachi region of Hokkaido.The results of this research revealed that there was a qualitative difference of viewpoints and/or demands concerning the children with disabilities and their parents between each profession, and also that"face-to-face"relationships remain an issue between each profession.
