Effects of Free-Stream Turbulence on Heat and Mass Transfer in Turbulent Separated Flows

在燃气轮机和换热器等工业机械中，湍流边界层受到自由流湍流（FST）的强烈影响。为了提高换热器的温度效率和燃烧室的热效率，我们需要研究FST对湍流传热传质的影响。本文以湍流分离流为研究对象，对速度场和标量场的类比进行了实验研究。

Turbulent boundary layers developing in industrial machinery, e.g., gas turbine and heat exchanger, are strongly affected by the free-stream turbulence (FST). In order to improve the temperature efficiency of heat exchanger and the thermal efficiency of combustor, we need to elucidate the effects of the FST on the turbulent heat and mass transfer. In this study, we focus on a turbulent separated flow and experimentally investigate the analogy between velocity and scalar fields.
