A Study of Image Communication Using Coded Artifacts

近年来，许多网络图像已经在互联网上发布。我们假设可以使用一组Web图像来产生目标图像的相似图像。因此，可以使用相似图像来提高粗量化的目标图像质量。在这项研究中，我们提出了一种新的图像通信框架，使用类似的图像。实验结果表明，JPEG和JPEG2000编码的主观失真得到了改善。

In recent years, many web images have been distributed on the internet. We assume that it is possible to produce a similar image of the target image using a set of web images. Therefore, the coarsely-quantized target image quality may be improved using the similar image. In this study, we proposed a novel image communication framework using a similar image. The experimental results showed that JPEG and JPEG2000 coded artifacts were improved subjectively.
