Molecular and morphological evolution on free-living nematodes

从中美洲、东亚、东南亚和非洲的热带和亚热带地区的榕树和昆虫（主要是甲虫和黄蜂）中收集双腹线虫。根据形态学观察和分子系统学分析，对几个新种进行了描述和重新描述。进一步将形态特征与分子系统发育关系进行了比较，并探讨了双腹线虫气孔形态的进化历史。

Diplogastrid nematodes were collected from Ficus syconia and insects(mostly beetles and wasps) from tropical and subtropical regions in Middle America, East Asia, South-East Asia and Africa. Based upon the morphological observations and molecular phylogenetic analyses, several new species descriptions and redescriptions were conducted. Further, the morphological characters were compared with molecular phylogenetic relationship, and the evolutionary history of stomatal morphologies was examined for diplogastrid nematodes.
