Function analysis of SGSM family in NURR1 related pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease

SGSM 家族蛋白与帕金森病致病基因编码的 NURR1 相互作用，并与细胞内囊泡运输相关。通过分子生物学方法分析SGSM家族蛋白的功能，结果表明SGSM2定位于跨高尔基体网络并参与网格蛋白依赖性囊泡运输。通过哺乳动物2-杂交系统研究了SGSM2与小G蛋白RAB家族蛋白之间的关联，结果表明SGSM2对不同的RAB家族蛋白表现出一定的特异性。

SGSM family proteins interact with NURR1, encoded by the pathogenic gene of Parkinson's disease, and associate with intracellular vesicular transportation. The function of SGSM family proteins was analyzed by molecular biological approaches and the results indicated that SGSM2 was localized at trans-Golgi network and involved in the clathrin-dependent vesicular transportation. The association between SGSM2 and small G protein RAB family proteins was investigated by mammalian 2-hybrid system and the results suggested that SGSM2 show certain specificity for different RAB family proteins.
