英文摘要
The patients of cervical spondylosis has increased while society is aging in our country. But sometimes patient's condition and the MRI image do not agree, so it becomes problem in clinical practice. It was examined whether there would be any factor which cannot diagnose by usual dorsal position and static MRI images in comparison of dynamic MRI images on sitting position of cervical spondylosis patients and non-cervical spondylosis patients. There was a tendency that cervical spondylosis patients showed less volume besides the spine in dural sac. However, the amount of change in a dynamic state did not accept a significant difference.
