英文摘要
I conducted research to confirm if cytokine levels affect acetylcholine neuron. Lipopolysaccharide was injected to rats intraperitoneally. Microdialysis probe was inserted into brain and samples were obtained. The acetylcholine levels were measured using HPLC system. Our results showed that the extracellular acetylcholine levels of rat brain after LPS injection were not significantly different from control levels.
