We evaluated the effect of intravesical administration of paclitaxel incorporated nanoparticles which were prepared for better paclitaxel uptake to cancer cell. In orthotopic mouse model of bladder cancer, there was no significant difference in the effect of paclitaxel incorporated nanoparticles and conventional paclitaxel. Further improvement in paclitaxel uptake seemed to be necessary.
