项目摘要

本年度は,3月11日の震災により被災し,予定していた機関でデータ収集を行うことが難しい現状となり,再度データを収集できる機関を検討したため研究の遂行が遅れた。しかしながら,家族構造と家族コミュニケーションが及ぼす子どもの家族内ストレスと独立意識への影響を目的として,2つの研究実証研究と2つの事例研究を遂行することができた。まず,2つの実証研究は22年度の対象であった大学生から,より家族との関係を要する時期である高校生を対象とした調査を行った。まず,青年期の家族構造と独立意識の検討を行うため,青年の家族からの独立と依存の病理的側面として青年の食行動異常傾向と家族関係との関連を,関東,東北,関西地方の高校生ならびに大学生755名を対象に質問紙による調査を行った。その結果,青年の適応に寄与する家族関係とは,青年の認知する家族関係においてとりわけ父子間,ならびに夫婦関係が情緒的な結びつきを示し,親子間で互いの勢力が均衡しているような構造形態が重要であることが示唆された。次に,宮城県内外の高校生男女449名を対象に調査を行い,青年期の家族構造と青年のストレス,ならびにストレス反応との関連を行った。青年期にあたる男女青年は友人関係などの家族外との対人関係を重視するようになる時期でる一方で,家族との関係はこれまでの親子関係のあり方を再度調整する時期でもある。よって,家族内でのストレスのみではなく,家族外で青年が経験するストレスという要因を踏まえて検討した。青年のストレス反応は家族関係の在り方により,青年のストレス反応を低下しうる可能性が示唆された。いずれの研究においても,青年の視点において認知する家族構造は,各関係が情緒的に結ばれた関係であり,親または青年の一方が強い影響力をもつのではなく親子で均衡した構造が重要であることが示唆された。これらを事例研究で得られた質的・個別的データを踏まえ検討を行うことができた。
