当該年度は、(1)古代日本および中国唐代の軍事制度および交通検察システム、(2)書籍の受容からみた古代日本における律令格式の継受、(3)唐令復原研究の手法の深化と天聖令の性格解明、という3点を主たる研究テーマに据え、これを遂行した。(1)については、平時における軍事力発現の様相の解明という点から、論文「律令制下における関〓の機能」を公表し、中国唐代のあり方については論文「唐代における水関と関市令」を発表した。関は国内支配の重要拠点であり、その防備・検察のあり方を詳細に検討することによって、平時の治安維持活動について比較史的観点から解明する基盤を作ることができた。また、地方の軍事財政の解明を目指して口頭報告「射田と軍団」を行い、史料の乏しい当該分野において、地方軍事組織である軍団の具体的な運営様相の一端を明らかにした。次に(2)は、論文「『日本国見在書目録』と『律附釈』」(共著『古代中国・日本における学術と支配』に収録)を公表した。本稿は『日本国見在書目録』の刑法家と、これにみえる『律附釈』という律の注釈書について検討し、『律附釈』が唐代の法制注釈書をもとに日本で作られた資料集であることを明らかにした。これによって、日本古代における律令格式受容の一断面を解明することができた。最後に(3)であるが、第57回国際東方学者会議において「『新唐令拾遺』の編纂について」、東方学会若手研究者支援事業研究会「唐宋期における令の性質についての基礎的研究」では「唐宋期の法制書に引用される「令」の性質」と題して研究報告を行った。唐・宋の令の性格解明と、唐令復原研究の手法の深化を目指したものであり、今後研究を進展させるにあたっては不可避である、基礎的な研究であると位置づけられる。以上、本年度は律令制と軍事力を中心テーマに据え、日本古代史と中国唐代史の双方において研究成果存公表し、独自の視点で研究を進展することができたと考える.

In this year,(1) the military system of ancient Japan and the traffic inspection system of Tang Dynasty in China,(2) the acceptance of books and regulations in ancient Japan,(3) the method of restoration of Tang Dynasty, the deepening of the character interpretation of Tiansheng Order, and the three main points of research. (1)The paper "The function of customs under the law system" was published in public, and the paper "The order of customs in Tang Dynasty of China" was published in public. The important points of domestic control are discussed in detail, and the basic points of comparative history of public security activities are explained. In addition, local military finance should be explained clearly, and oral reports should be made on the implementation of the "shooting field and military organization." In the absence of historical data, one end of the specific operation mode of the local military organization should be clearly explained. The second part (2) is the paper "Japan's National Book Catalogue" and "Law Attachment"(together with "Ancient China and Japan's Academic Governance"). This manuscript contains the data set of the Japanese Criminal Law Journal, the Law Journal, the Law Journal, and the Tang Dynasty Legal System Journal. A section of the ancient Japanese law is open to interpretation. Finally,(3) The 57th International Conference of Orientalists presented a research report entitled "Compilation of the New Tang Dynasty Order" and "Basic Research on the Nature of the Order in the Tang and Song Dynasties" by the Institute of Oriental Research. Tang Song's character interpretation, Tang Ling's restoration of the study of the deepening of the eyes, future research progress, the inevitable, the basic research, the position of the past. The above, this year's law system and military power center, according to the ancient history of Japan, China Tang Dynasty history and both sides of the research results, independent point of view research progress.
