项目摘要

本年度は、シーツの張りによる体圧分散寝具の圧分散への影響を検証する実験を行い、コーナー処理をしない法が、コーナー処理法よりも、圧分散能力が高い結果であったこと、シーツなしは、コーナー処理法、処理をしない法より圧分散に優れていたことより、シーツ自体が体圧分散寝具本来の圧再分配機能を妨げていることを示唆した。また、コーナー処理によりハンモック現象が生じ圧再分配に影響していることも示唆された。以上より、コーナー処理をせずに固定する方法が、骨突出部位上の圧再分配に効果的であることが考えられた。次に、シーツの張りを測定する実験を実施した。ベッドメーキング後、シーツをベッドサイドに一方のみを固定し、反対側の再度からシーツを引き、その力と距離で張りを測定した。また、ベッドメーキングを行った際に、モデルに荷重をかけることによってどれだけシーツに張力がかかるかを測定した。コーナー処理をしたもの、しないものでシーツ上から、モデルを載せ荷重を印加し、シーツにかかる引っ張りの力を測定した。コーナー処理が結ぶ、処理なしより力が減少傾向にあった。しかし、これらの方法では測定の再現性が低いと考えられた。今後、シーツの四方にセンサーを取り付け全ての方向にかかる力を測定していく予定である。また、モデルの直接センサーを貼付し、シーツを張った時の力を測定していく予定である。さらに、ハンモック現象と言われるシーツの張力をそれぞれの素材を用いて測定し、骨突出部上への圧分散に影響しない、ベッドメーキングの方法と素材を選択し看護基礎技術の発展となるケアを考案していく予定である。
