Community efficacy factors for improving health literacy of socially disadvantaged women and children

社会处境不利的妇女和儿童，包括艾滋病毒阳性的哺乳妇女和艾滋病毒阳性的15岁以下儿童，不仅需要基于医疗的全面支助，而且还需要基于心理-社会办法的全面支助。在规划这种支助时，还必须考虑到医疗和社会资源的可获得性及其儿童的发展阶段，以及社区对艾滋病毒阳性者和艾滋病孤儿的接受程度。

Socially disadvantaged women and children, including HIV-positive women who are breastfeeding and HIV positive children under-15 need comprehensive support not only based on medical but also on psycho-social approach. In planning such support, it is also necessary to take into account the availability of medical and social resources and their development stages of the children, and acceptance of HIV-positive people and AIDS orphans in their community.
