Development of support program for family caregivers in Japanese long-term care facilities using Caregiving Burden Scale for Family Caregivers with Relatives in Nursing Homes.

本研究以全国2000家疗养院为对象，进行问卷调查，以了解日本长期照护机构发展家庭支持计划的基本资讯。结果包括工作人员对家属提出的请求/索赔的经历、请求/索赔的内容以及目前在工作人员和家属之间建立合作伙伴关系的方法。此外，笔者还联系了许多国内外对长期护理机构感兴趣的研究者和实践者。参考这些结果，开发了一份评估表原型，用于临床环境中养老院有亲属的家庭照顾者护理负担量表的使用。

A nationwide Questionnaire survey was conducted for 2,000 nursing homes to obtain basis information for developing family support program in long-term care facility in Japan. Results included staff's experience of requests/claims from family members, the contents of them, and current approach to building collaborative partnership between staff and family members. Additionally, the author contacted a lot of researchers and practitioners interested in long-term care facility both domestically and internationally. A prototype of assessment sheet was developed referring these results for using Caregiving Burden Scale for Family Caregivers with Relatives in Nursing Homes in clinical settings.
