英文摘要
Although diffuse axonal injury (DAI)usually elicits cognitive disorders, abnormal brain findings are generally undetected by conventional imaging techniques. In this study, we found abnormal findings in the brain by using diffusion tensor imaging (DTI)and functional near infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS). In evaluation one year after, cognitive disorders had improved in DAI patients. However, DTI findings were not changed. Since apparatus broke down, the evaluation by fNIRS could not be evaluated. However, since cognitive disorders had improved, the fNIRS findings were able to consider the possibility which shows change of the improvement in DAI patients.
