The Study of a pledge and a sale with right of redemption in Thailand

本研究的目的在于揭示构成泰国担保制度的质押与赎回权买卖的特点与问题。关于质押，我揭示了一个问题，用存款作为抵押品是非常困难的。就赎回权买卖而言，地政总署透过厘清赎回权买卖合约的含义，解决土地流失的问题。

The object of this study is to reveal characteristics and problems of a pledge and a sale with right of redemption that consist of Thai security system. About a pledge, I reveal the problem that it is very difficult to use a deposit as collateral. About a sale with right of redemption, the Land Department solves the problem of losing lands by making parties understand the meaning of a contract of a sale with right of redemption.
