In medical insurance of France, there was a double movement to extend the personal range of its application toward all citizens on the one hand, and to increase the tax resources in the proportion of its finances on the other hand in the 1990s. This movement occurred in terms of the correspondence relation of contributor and beneficiary for the medical insurance. In addition, it modified the involvement of workers and employers to the management of medical insurance. However, the tax hikes for social security finance stagnates in recent years, and the social insurance contributions are reformed for employment promotion of low-wage workers.

法国的医疗保险在20世纪90年代出现了一种双重运动，一方面是将其适用范围扩大到所有公民，另一方面是增加税收资源在其财政中所占的比例。这种变动发生在医疗保险的缴款人和受益人的对应关系方面。此外，它修改了工人和雇主参与医疗保险管理的规定。然而，近年来社会保障财政的增税停滞不前，社会保险缴费制度也在进行改革，以促进低收入工人的就业。
