Development of self-care evaluation scales for patients with mental disorder

本研究的目的是在Orem-Underwood自理理论的基础上编制两个评价量表。一种是精神科护士在日常生活活动中对精神障碍患者的自我照顾能力进行评估的《自我护理评估工具》，另一种是用于评估精神障碍患者自身日常生活活动的《自我护理自我评估表(问卷)》。这些评估表是在心理健康护理研究人员/教育工作者和临床精神病学护士专家举行会议和讨论后制定的。

The purpose of this research was to develop two evaluation scales based on the Orem-Underwood Self-care Theory. One is a "Self-care Assessment Tool" for psychiatric nurses who assess the self-care abilities of patients with mental disorder in daily life activities, and another one is a "Self-care Self-assessment Sheet(Questionnaire)" for evaluating the daily life activities by patients with mental disorder themselves. These evaluation scales were developed following meetings and discussions by mental health nurse researchers/educators and clinical psychiatric nurse experts.
