The propose of this research is to develop the career support program for students by analyzing “Students Job search experiences” and “Readers comments on other students’ Job search experiences ”using text-mining method. The students will have reality about the world of work by communicating among other students through “Students Job search experiences”. There are main results of this research as followings;1) There are differences in the description about view of working and vocation in“Students Job search experiences” depends on the employment situations.2) The Readers tend to be interested in the early stage of job search activities.3) The Readers who write comments “It is better to start job search activities earlier”tend to start job search earlier.4) The description of senior students’ failure experiences in “Students Job search experiences” help junior students’ job search activities.

本研究的目的是利用文字探勘的方法，分析“学生求职经验”与“读者对其他学生求职经验的评价”，以发展学生生涯支援计画。学生将通过“学生求职体验”与其他学生交流，了解工作世界的现实。本研究的主要成果如下：1）不同就业情况的大学生在“大学生求职经历”中对工作观和职业观的描述存在差异; 2）读者倾向于对求职活动的早期阶段感兴趣; 3）写评论“最好早点开始求职活动“的读者倾向于早点开始求职活动。《大学生求职经历》中对高中生求职失败经历的描述有助于初中生的求职活动。
