Development of Career Support Program centered onActivation of Communication between Students

本研究的建议是利用文本挖掘的方法，通过分析“学生求职经历”和“读者对其他学生求职经历的评论”，为学生制定职业支持计划。学生将通过“学生求职体验”与其他学生交流，对工作世界有真实的了解。本研究的主要结果如下：1)根据就业情况不同，“学生求职经历”中对工作观和职业观的描述存在差异。2)读者型倾向于对求职活动的早期阶段感兴趣。3)评论“最好早点开始找工作”的读者倾向于更早开始找工作。4)“学生求职经历”中对高年级学生失败经历的描述有助于高年级学生的求职活动。

The propose of this research is to develop the career support program for students by analyzing “Students Job search experiences” and “Readers comments on other students’ Job search experiences ”using text-mining method. The students will have reality about the world of work by communicating among other students through “Students Job search experiences”. There are main results of this research as followings;1) There are differences in the description about view of working and vocation in“Students Job search experiences” depends on the employment situations.2) The Readers tend to be interested in the early stage of job search activities.3) The Readers who write comments “It is better to start job search activities earlier”tend to start job search earlier.4) The description of senior students’ failure experiences in “Students Job search experiences” help junior students’ job search activities.
