In this study、 we investigated the appropriate way of singing the vocal music in the early baroque era theoretically and practically. As a result、 we made a guidance book for singers based on the literatures of late 16^th and early 17^th century、 especially by Bovicelli、 Caccini and Praetorius. And we applied this result to the actual performance in a lecture-concert given in January 2013.
