A study on the history about the outcaste abolition in the early modern period-with a focus on the ″Kinai″ districts and its neighboring countries-

在本研究中，我分析了19世纪上半叶″纪-德川涵″境内“川村”（“川村”）及其外族（出身卑微）社群的历史变迁过程，特别是木川河谷“川村”及其社群的历史变迁过程，以及服务（“雅库”）的增加，以及对“川”人行为规范的强化。在19世纪上半叶，″纪-德川府″的任务强调维持对贱民的秩序，因为在木川河谷，包括“川村”和他们的社区在内的商业生产不断增长，创造了大量的“Musyuku”（外来者或潜在的罪犯），废墟人，犯罪者的储备。这一社会现象是近代早期日本封建制度基础的瓦解和“川村”及其群体的瓦解所带来的。

In this study, I have analyzed ahistorical transformation process of the “Kawatamura”（“Kawata” villages）and their community of the outcaste (humble birth)on the territory of the ″Kii-Tokugawahann″ during the first half of the 19th century, particularly the historical changing process of the “Kawatamura” and their community in the Kinokawa valley, the increase of the services (“Yaku”), and the reinforcement of the regulation to “Kawata ” people behavior.During the first half of the 19th century, the load of the ″Kii-Tokugawahann″ emphasized the keeping order about outcaste , because a commercial production has been growing in the Kinokawa valley including the “Kawatamura” and their community, a large number of “Musyuku” (outsiders or potential criminals) has been created, the ruin people, the reserve of the wrongdoer. That social phenomenon was brought by breakdown and of the base of the feudalism, and the “Kawatamura” and their community in the early modern period of Japan.
