Methodological relation between the constitutional theory and the philosophy of education in Germany

魏玛时代的德国宪政理论与同时期的德国教育哲学有着相似的结构。前者试图扬弃国家社会学等现实主义和纯粹法学等理想主义，后者试图综合青年运动的现实主义思想和赫尔巴特的理想主义思想。

The German constitutional theory of Weimar era has the similar structure as the German philosophy of education in the same period. The former, the constitutional theory tried to sublate the realism such as the sociology of state and the idealism such as the pure theory of law, and the latter, the philosophy of education tried to synthesize the realistic thought of the Youth Movement and the idealistic thought of Johann Friedrich Herbart.
