Interaction of Networks and Organizational Innovation

本研究运用Stark（2009）提出的“创造性摩擦”理论，研究了社会网络中不同子群体之间的动态关系，以了解其对组织创新的影响。本研究以大型区域集群为研究对象，以社会企业家和文化商业活动为实证领域，通过网络分析、定性回顾研究和实地访谈，揭示了创新的网络机制。

This study investigates dynamic relationship between different subgroups in social networks in order to understand its impact upon organizational innovations, by applying the theoretical undertaking of “creative friction” proposed by Stark (2009). Conducting network analysis, qualitative review studies and fieldwork interviews in a large regional cluster, social entrepreneurs and cultural business activities as empirical fields, the study shows a network mechanism of innovations.
