Fundamental study about an environmental condition of Medical Welfare Consultation Room - Examination of a standard which collateralizes the quality of consultation support

近年来，医务社工在医院的配置不断增加，然而，医疗福利谘询室的环境管理却显得不足。在医院中，办公室与会见室的位置不分开，房间数、房间面积、噪音、采光、通风等方面存在诸多问题。其中一个原因是医务社工的关注度低。为保持咨询支持的质量，需要对医务社工进行影响改进--提供一家初创医院的信息，并引起关注。

Recent years the configuration of the medical social worker to a hospital is increasing .However, the environmental management of a medical welfare consultation room is insufficient. There are many problems of which the position in a hospital ,the office and the interview room are not separated, the number of rooms, area of the rooms, noise, lighting, ventilation . One of the causes is the lowness of a medical social worker's concern. In order to hold the quality of consultation support,it needs to be influenced for an improvement－medical social workers are provided with the information of a pioneering hospital, and concern is raised.
