Establishing the logic and method of seamless support for continuous working in the person with disability

本研究从以下三个方面探讨了残疾人继续工作的支持系统：（1）建立了“档案袋”的格式和管理系统，其中包括残疾人继续工作所需的支持条件;（2）分析了“模拟情境”的效果，其中“模拟情境”是为了识别能够充分发挥残疾人潜能的变量而建立的;（3）寻找自我管理的支持方法，使每个个体都能进行自己的行为。

This research studied the support systems for continuous working in the individuals withdisabilities from three aspects as follows, (1) developing the format and managementsystem of “portfolio” which includes the necessary support conditions for the individuals,(2) analysis of the effects of “simulation setting” which is built for identifying the variableswhich bring out the full- potential of individuals, and (3) finding the support methods ofself-management which enable to conduct his/her own behavior in each individuals.
