The purpose of this study was to clear the related factors of autism spectrum disorder, and to propose a practical use of effective assessment method in teachers training of occupational abilities.At first, in this study, the questionnaire investigation composed by Autism spectrum Quotient (AQ) and it's related factors was administered for university students.The other, this study suggested 2 kinds of assessment methods(behavior check list and AQ) about child development by teacher in a support center of adjustment for school for children.A practical use of these assessment methods reed the results that teacher could understand more further about the behavior and mental states of children with autism spectrum .

为了明确自闭症谱系障碍的相关因素，提出一种有效的评估方法在教师职业能力培训中的实际应用，本研究首先对大学生进行了自闭症谱系商数（AQ）及其相关因素的问卷调查，其次，通过问卷调查，了解了自闭症谱系障碍与教师职业能力的关系。本研究提出了两种评价方法（行为检查表和AQ）本研究以一所儿童学校适应支援中心的教师为对象，探讨其对儿童发展的认知，并将这些评估方法应用于实际教学中，自闭症儿童的心理状态。
