Identification of the dynamic characteristics of Japanese single-family residential buildings and its estimation method

在目前日本住宅环境的振动评估中，进一步了解住宅建筑的动力特性及其评估是非常重要的。本文在实测振动的基础上，对几栋既有住宅的动力特性进行了研究，结果表明，用简单的集总参数模型估计建筑的固有频率具有一定的精度，足以用于环境建筑振动的评价。

In the current assessment of vibration in residential environments in Japan, further understanding of dynamic characteristics of residential buildings and its estimation are considered to be important. The present study has investigated the dynamic characteristics of several existing residential buildings based on vibration measurements and showed simple lumped parameter models could be used to estimate the natural frequency of building at certain accuracy sufficient for the assessment of environmental building vibration.
