Measurements of recoil cross sections for the TOF-ERDA using He beam

利用He束进行TOF-ERDA的轻元素分析需要得到反冲截面数据。我们测量了^4He+^<14>N弹性散射的反冲截面。利用双列加速器的^4He束流在2 MeV到5.5 MeV的能量范围内进行测量，获得了反冲截面数据。将所得数据与理论预测进行了比较，讨论了理论预测在TOF-ERDA分析中的适用性。

Recoil cross section data are required for light element analysis by means of TOF-ERDA using He beams. We measured recoil cross sections for ^4He+^<14>N elastic scattering. Recoil cross section data were obtained by measurements using ^4He beams from a tandem accelerator in the energy range between 2 MeV and 5.5 MeV. Comparisons between the obtained data and theoretical predictions were carried out, and applicability of the theoretical prediction for the TOF-ERDA analysis was discussed.
