The analysis of pathogenesis of idiopathic chronic urticaria and its development of diagnotic methods.

虽然特发性慢性荨麻疹是一种无法识别的疾病，但许多人都患有此病。我们检测了抗fceri抗体，这是自身免疫性荨麻疹的抗体之一。患者与对照组在抗体数量上无差异。对该抗体的进一步研究正在进行中。荨麻疹的发病涉及多种因素，我们发现神经肽中的P物质影响在荨麻疹中起主要作用的肥大细胞。

Though the idiopathic chronic urticaria is one of the unidentifiable diseases, many people have this disease. We measured the anti-FceRI antibody, which is one of the antibodies of auto immune urticaria. There are no differences between the patients and controls in quantity of antibody. Further investigations about this antibody are undergone. Many factors are involved in pathogenesis of urticaria, we showed that substance P, one of the neuropeptide, affected the mast cells which played the major role in urticaria.
