Though the idiopathic chronic urticaria is one of the unidentifiable diseases, many people have this disease. We measured the anti-FceRI antibody, which is one of the antibodies of auto immune urticaria. There are no differences between the patients and controls in quantity of antibody. Further investigations about this antibody are undergone. Many factors are involved in pathogenesis of urticaria, we showed that substance P, one of the neuropeptide, affected the mast cells which played the major role in urticaria.

尽管特发性慢性荨麻疹是无法识别的疾病之一，但许多人患有这种疾病。我们测量了抗-fcERI抗体，该抗体是自动免疫荨麻疹的抗体之一。患者和对照抗体的对照之间没有差异。对该抗体进行了进一步研究。荨麻疹发病机理涉及许多因素，我们表明PESTANCE P是神经肽之一，影响了在荨麻疹中起主要作用的肥大细胞。
