Changes of serum inflammatory mediator levels during early graft failure after lung transplantation and the diagnostic value

我们在冈山大学医院进行了3年的28例肺移植（脑死亡肺移植：20例，活体肺叶移植：8例）。所有患者均存活。由于我们在手术技术、麻醉和术后管理方面的改进，没有发生早期移植物衰竭。白细胞介素-6和多形核弹性蛋白酶在体外循环期间和之后的血清水平升高，但这些炎性细胞因子在肺移植后的血清水平没有显著变化。

We performed twenty-eight lung transplantations (brain-dead lung transplant: 20 patients, living-donor lober lung transplant: 8 patients) for 3 years in Okayama University Hospital. All patients survived. Owing to our improvements in surgical technique, anesthesia, and postoperative management, no early graft failure developed. Serum levels of interleukin-6 and polymorphonuclear elastase increased during and after cardiopulmonary bypass, but there was no significant change in serum level of these inflammatory cytokines after lung transplantation.
