Effect of ions released from PRG fillers on tooth remineralization by means of non-destructive test.

本研究的目的是通过无损检测来评价PRG填充物中释放的离子对牙齿再矿化的影响。在PRG-填充液中保存的样品，超声速度随时间增加而增加。从OCT观察，在PRG填充液中牙釉质标本的信号强度降低。另一方面，牙釉质标本在脱矿液中信号强度增加。从这项研究的结果来看，PRG填充液可能会增强牙齿结构的再矿化。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of ions released from PRG-fillers on tooth remineralization by means of non-destructive test. The ultrasound velocity was found to increase with time for specimens stored in PRG-filler solution. Observation from the OCT, signal intensity was found to decrease for enamel specimens in PRG-filler solution. On the other hand, increase in signal intensity was found for enamel specimens in demineralization solution. From the results of this study, PRG-filler solution might act to enhance remeineralization of the tooth structure.
