Variation of deep body temperature in patients received the treatment with anti-tumor agents, and application of heat therapy using Hot-water bottles

研究了恶性淋巴瘤患者在抗肿瘤治疗过程中深层体温变化及热水瓶热疗的效果。他们前额的平均核心温度为36度，在治疗期间没有变化。对照组（B组）与使用热瓶水治疗心脏的患者（a组）相比，有疲劳和食欲加重的趋势。我们还根据使用热水瓶的时间长短比较了症状的差异，结果表明，使用热水瓶超过60分钟，白细胞计数早期恢复的可能性，呕吐感和食欲症状的改善。

In patients with malignant lymphoma, we investigated their deep body temperature variation and effect of heat therapy using Hot-water bottles during their antitumor treatment. The mean core temperature was 36 degrees at their forehead and there was no change during their treatment. The controls(group B)has a tendency to aggravation of fatigue and appetite, comparing with the patients with heart therapy using hot-bottle water(group A). We also compared difference of symptoms according to the length of Hot-water bottles use andit was demonstrated that the possibility of early recovery of their white blood-cell count, feeling like vomiting and improvement of appetite symptom by hot-water bottles use more than 60 minutes.
