The evaluation index of the care effect for the lymphoedema

在本研究中，我们比较了三个指标对减轻水肿的效果。女性参与了这项实验。所有受试者测量1)细胞内外水比(I/E)，2)超声图像，3)上午和下午指端血流。轻度水肿者难以通过超声图像和指端血流的指标进行评估。与上午相比，下午的I/E比值降低。有人认为，有必要选择一种适合评价目的的指数。

In the present study, we compared effects of reduction of edema with three indices. Females participated in this experiment. All subjects measured 1)the cell inside and outside water ratio (I/E ratio), 2)ultrasonic image, 3)fingertip blood flow in the morning and the afternoon. It was difficult for slight edema to evaluate in the index of an ultrasonic image and a fingertip blood flow. I/E ratio in the afternoon decreased as compared with it in the morning. It was thought that it was necessary to choose using an index suitable for the evaluation purpose.
