Developing a program to support in nursing mothers of still born babies at time of the birth.

本研究基于照顾死产婴儿母亲的助产士所看到的有效护理需求，以及母亲本身所需要的护理，旨在建立有效的死产时护理方案。我们采访了21名经历过死产的助产士和10名接受护理的病人，结果是：1)保证母婴安全，2)确保母亲和家人陪伴死胎的时间和地点，3)与母亲和家人的决策保持一致，4)病人出院后进行跟踪支持。

This study is based on effective nursing needs as seen by midwives taking care of mothers of still born babies, and on the nursing care needed by the mothers themselves, and aim to build an effective nursing program at time of still birth. We interviewed 21 midwives and 10 patients who experience stillbirth and who were recipients of the nursing care.The results were, 1) to guarantee the safety of both mother and child, 2) to make sure of time and place for mother and family to be with the stillborn child, 3) to keep with the decision making of the mother and family, and 4) to follow up with support after the patient leaving hospital.
