Scale development of interorganizational network between multidisciplinary agencies and community-based organizations

本研究的目的是编制一个多学科机构和社区组织(CBO)之间的组织间网络建设量表。在这项研究中，我们把社区综合支持中心(CCSC)作为一个多学科的机构。在明确组织间网络的概念、建立项目库、从库中选择项目、检验效度的基础上，编制了CCSC与四种不同类型CBO的组织间网络构建量表。CCSC与CBO之间的网络建设规模具有重大意义和现实可行性，但其适用性和有效性还有待进一步证实。

The purpose of this study was to develop a scale for interorganizatinal network building between multidisciplinary agencies and community-based organizations(CBOs). In this study, we focused on a community comprehensive support center(CCSC) as a multidisciplinary agency. After clarifying the concept of interorganizatinal network, developing item pool, selecting items from the pool, and examining the validity, the scale for interorganizatinal network building between CCSC and four different kinds of CBOs was developed. The scale for network building between CCSC and CBOs is significant and practically feasible even though its applicability and validity need to be further confirmed.
