In this research, we propose an image quality control method for secure image transmission over a wireless mesh network. This method combines the wireless mesh network, a channel coding method and a source coding method. Using scalability feathers of these methods, we can transmit a high quality video. In addition, secure transmission can be achieved by combining these methods with an encrypted domain calculation method
