This study, at Kokufu village, understood actual condition of changing local people's folk-custom and understood their perspective of inheritance.It was difficult to consider that their keeping the custom as activity concerned to their inheritance. It was thought that an idea to be concerned with a transfer of the husband right influenced their inheritance.
