Microbial diversity in the ectomycorrhizosophere affected of forest formation

本研究的目的是通过研究细菌的群落结构和多样性，阐明细菌-外生菌根真菌-乔木与植被演替的相互作用机制。在一个原始演替的火山荒漠中，分析了演替阶段对先锋矮化柳树柳外生菌根圈细菌群落结构的影响。白柳演替阶段外生菌圈细菌的种类组成与ECM真菌有关。推测随着植被演替的转变，外生菌群细菌的种类组成也随之发生变化。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the interaction mechanism of bacteria-ectomycorrhizal fungi-tree associated with the vegetation succession by examining the community structure and diversity of bacteria present in the ectomycorrhizsophere. In a primary successional volcanic desert, we analyzed the effect of successional phase on the community structure of ectomycorrhizosphere bacteria associated with Salix reinii, pioneer dwarf willow. Species composition of ectomycorhizosphere bacteria are related with ECM fungus associated with the successional phase of Salix reinii. It was inferred species compositionof ectomycorhizosphere bacteria along with the transition of vegetational succession.
