1)Postoperative voice function in patients who received nerve anastomosis or fat injection laryngoplasty was favorable in comparison to no reconstructive surgery group in patients whose recurrent laryngeal nerve was resected.2) Postoperative voice function and laryngeal figure was improved in both groups post thyroplasty and fat injection laryngoplasty.3) More than 3ml autologous fat was need for reliable improving the vocal function in patients with vocal fold paralysis who received fat injection laryngoplasty.4)Postoperative voice function was improved who received epithelium exfoliation and fat injection laryngoplasty in patients with sulcus vocalis and vocal fold scar.

1)喉返神经切除者行喉返神经吻合术或喉脂肪注射成形术的患者术后发音功能较未行喉返神经重建术的患者好。2）甲状腺成形术和喉脂肪注射成形术后两组患者术后发音功能和喉外形均得到改善。声带麻痹患者行脂肪注射喉成形术后，要可靠地改善发音功能，需要3ml以上的自体脂肪。声带瘢痕及声带沟患者行上皮剥脱加脂肪注射成形术，术后发音功能明显改善。
