本研究旨在构建持续性意识障碍患者进食功能恢复的护理干预模式。在对持续性意识障碍患者的护理康复调查中，关西一省持续性意识障碍患者占8.2%，面部肌肉按摩和吞咽喂食作为护理的执行率较低。在调查吞咽训练内容的基础上，对持续性意识障碍患者的照顾者进行了吞咽训练，设计了宽椅加强对食物的感知，如将吞咽训练改为对我想吃的东西进行看，对今后吞咽喂养的训练提出了新的建议。

The studies were conducted for the purpose of construction of nursing intervention models for the purpose of recovery of function eating persistent disturbance of consciousness patients.
