Practice of a nursing intervention program to promote child care support for grandmothers in the three generation families

本研究探讨护理干预计划对促进三代家庭祖母保育支援的效果。干预组11对，对照组17对。出生后6个月的多元回归分析结果显示，高侵略性母亲意识和低消极母亲意识的得分均受到祖母参与教育计划的显著影响。本研究结果提示，参与护理干预方案会提高母亲的积极母性意识，减少母亲的消极母性意识

We examined the effect of the nursing intervention program to promote child care support for grandmother in the three generation families. The subjects were 11 pairs in the intervention group, and 17 pairs in the control group. As th e results of the multiple regression analysis in the six months after birth, the scores of high aggressive maternal consciousness and low negative maternal consciousness were significantly influenced by the grandmothers’ participation to the educational pr ogram.The results of this study suggested that the participation to the nursing intervention program of the grandmothers will improve aggressive maternal consciousness and reduce negative maternal consciousness of the mothers
