The purpose of this study is to clarify development the spirituality assessment scale of the elderly bereavement who have lost their spouse and to verify reliability andvalidity. In addition、 this research tests the effect of the reminiscence to spirituality of the elderly bereaved who have lost their spouse.The scale (Spirituality Assessment Scale of the Elderly Bereavement who have Lost their Spouse; SAS-EBLS) consists of four areas and 26 items. Criterion-related validties were investigated、 and Cronbach’s αof 26 items was 0.90. These results showed an internal consistency of the subscale. We conducted the reminiscence involving five inpatients withthe elderly bereavement who have lost their spouse. The results indicated spirituality of inpatients increase by the reminiscence

本研究的目的在于探讨丧亲老人灵性评估量表的编制，并验证其信度与效度。此外，本研究亦探讨了丧偶老人回忆对灵性的影响，量表（SpiritualityAssessmentScaleoftheElderlyBereavementwhotheLosedtheSpoustheSpouse; SAS-EBLS）由四个领域26个项目组成。效标相关效度检验，26个条目的Cronbach’s α为0.90。这些结果显示了分量表的内部一致性。我们对五位失去配偶的老年丧亲症住院病人进行了回忆。结果表明，住院病人的精神性随着回忆的增加而提高
