Development of a safe and easy nursing technique to infuse semi-solid nourishment via a feeding tube through a gastric fistula

为了在护理专业人员数量不足的护理之家（以下简称NH）安全地通过胃瘘进行管饲，我们向随机选择的NH发送了调查单，并要求其护士回答有关管饲问题的问题。有379名卫生保健人员作出了答复（检索率为21.1%）。其中使用液体营养的护士1823人，使用半固体营养的护士493人，表现出对液体的偏爱，常见的并发症类型为瘘道糜烂和肉芽组织感染，半固体营养组胃食管反流倾向的发生率明显高于液体营养组。

With the purpose of administering tube feeding via gastric fistula safely at nursing home (hereinafter NH) with an insufficient number of healthcare professionals, we have sent survey slips to randomly selected NHs and asked their nurse staff to answer to the questions on the troubles related to tube feeding. Three hundred seventy-nine NHs has responded (retrieval rate 21.1%). Among them, nurses who use liquid nutrition was 1823, those who use semisolid nutrition was 493, showing the preference for liquid.The type of frequent troubles was erosion and infected granulation tissue in fistula, and tendency of gastro-esophageal reflux had a significantly high incidence ratio with semisolid nutrition than liquid nutrition.
