Study of the Medical Information Needs of the Patient and their family and the MIPS(Medical Information Pathfinder-Sheet) Development

本研究的重点是建立医疗信息查询表的模型，使患者及其家属能够方便地获取所需的医疗信息。为了实现这一研究目标，笔者整理了图书情报学领域中与信息检索过程相关的基础研究文献，并对医护人员进行了访谈，进行了问卷调查，开发了一种基于图书馆探路者思想的新工具，提出了一种医学信息探路者--表单模型。

The important thing about this study is modeling of the Medical Information Pathfinder-Sheet for the patients and their families who access easily to the medical information they need. To achieve this studies object, I organized into the basic research literature related to the information search process in the field of library and information science, and interviewed health care workers, carried out a questionnaire survey to develop a new tool based on the idea of pathfinder of the library, then presented a model of Medical Information Pathfinder-Sheet.
