英文摘要
The purpose of our study is to consider the automatic detectionmethod of detailed information on the ground using low resolution aerial images onwide areas and to apply the method for obtaining the road information on wide areas required for the rescue activities in the large-scale disaster. For this purpose, we considered the automatic detection method of road blockages by cooperative analysis of varying information around the road areas from low resolution aerial images, and we built the trial system. Furthermore, we experimented and evaluated the method using thereal images obtained in the large-scale disaster. In the results, we showed the realization of automatic detection of road blockages caused by the rubbles and floods.
