In order to improve the quality of rehabilitation nursing, nurses working at recovery rehabilitation wards were surveyed by a questionnaire to assess the levels of their perceived job satisfaction and role acceptance. Their work role engagement was regarded higher in their life roles. A correlation was indicated between their job-satisfaction and role-acceptance, however, it was hardly affected by their role-achievement, role-esteem and role-competence. Job satisfaction was subject to their experiences as a nurse, with regards to the degree of rehabilitation specialty of their hospital and the learning opportunities available to them.

为提高康复护理质量，采用问卷调查法对康复病房护士的工作满意度和角色接纳水平进行了调查。他们的工作角色参与度在他们的生活角色中被认为更高。他们的工作满意度与角色接纳之间存在一定的相关关系，而角色成就、角色尊重和角色胜任力对工作满意度的影响不大。工作满意度取决于他们作为护士的经历，关于他们所在医院的康复专业程度和他们可以获得的学习机会。
