Basic study for clinical application of acupressure (stimulatingthe pressure points) in nursing care

为探讨穴位刺激法在护理中的临床应用及应用于基础护理教育，我们对健康成年女性进行了两种护理治疗和穴位刺激法，并测定了其对机体的影响。我们对受试者的后颈部进行了热湿敷，并对称为悟空和Tesanli的压力点进行了刺激。结果，观察到核心体温和外周血流量升高。还观察到，当我们在足浴后立即向称为Saninko的压力点提供刺激时，大腿的皮肤温度和血液流动的上升持续了30分钟。

As a basic study for clinical application of acupressure (stimulating the pressure points) in nursing care and to apply that to the basic nursing education, we gave two types of nursing treatment and presure point stimulation to healthy adult women and meassured the effect on the body. We applied a hot wet compress to the rear neck of the subjects and provided stimulation to the pressure points called Gokoku and Tesanli. As a result, a rise in core body temperature and peripheral blood flow was observed. It was also observed that a rise in skin temperature and blood flow of the thigh lasted up to 30 minutes when we provided stimulation to a pressure point called Saninko, immediately after a foot bath.
